At ECU School of Dental Medicine (SoDM), Jamf is more than just an MDM—it’s a key tool for streamlining support, enforcing security and enhancing the user experience. This session will explore how SoDM leverages Jamf to manage Apple devices, integrates with tools, automates workflows and improves IT efficiency. We will explore how we develop and apply policies for faculty, staff and students and the impact these have on their day-to-day experience. We’ll discuss how these policies impact SoDM, share strategies for balancing compliance and usability, and highlight real-world automation and reporting examples that maximize the value of Jamf.
