The Return to Service app offers an enhanced way to erase and refresh an iOS or iPadOS device in the field — no IT help required. Continuing our conversation from last year, we introduce the latest features and functionalities in the Return to Service App, as well as new workflows and automations to streamline and enhance your iOS fleet. In this session we will give a brief intro as to what Return to Service is. We will discuss Jamf's Return to Service App, new features and functionality that enhance the app experience, as well as a deep technical dive and some customer stories.
